Are you tired of dealing with your periods and stress? Every month, it’s the same story: debilitating pain, mood swings, extreme fatigue, rising anxiety… You feel like you’ve lost control of your body.
Perhaps you’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis, PCOS, or severe premenstrual syndrome. Perhaps you’re going through a difficult menopause with hot flashes, irritability, and sleepless nights. Or perhaps chronic stress is exacerbating all your hormonal symptoms and leaving you exhausted and on edge.
You may have been told that “it’s normal,” that you just have to “deal with it,” or that there’s no other option besides birth control pills, painkillers, or anti-anxiety medication.
But you sense that there is another way. A gentler, more natural approach that respects your body and your emotions instead of suppressing them.
That’s exactly what I offer: a holistic naturopathic approach that addresses both body AND mind, helping you understand what’s happening in your body, providing lasting relief from your symptoms, and restoring your natural hormonal and emotional balance.
Naturopathy is a natural health approach that views the body as a whole. Rather than simply masking symptoms, it seeks to identify and treat the underlying causes of your health imbalances.
How does it work?
Your hormonal imbalances and stress aren’t inevitable. They’re often the result of several factors that build up and reinforce each other :
What is my role as a naturopath specializing in women's health?
Identify your specific imbalances and guide you, step by step, toward restoring your natural balance by addressing both your hormonal system AND your nervous system simultaneously.
Using 100% natural, personalized solutions (nutrition, herbal medicine, gemmotherapy, micronutrition, stress management), I can help you :
The goal : for you to finally feel at peace with your body and your emotions.
You may have noticed : when you're stressed, your hormonal symptoms get worse. And when your hormones are out of balance, you're more sensitive to stress. It's a vicious cycle.
Here's what's happening in your body :
When you’re under chronic stress, your body continuously produces cortisol (the stress hormone). Over time, this exhausts your adrenal glands and throws your entire hormonal balance off :
Conversely, when your hormones are out of balance (fluctuations in estrogen, a drop in progesterone, menopause), you become more sensitive to stress, more anxious, and more irritable.
That is why my naturopathic care addresses both aspects simultaneously :
The result : a lasting, deep sense of balance, without separating the body from the mind.
Personalized support, at your own pace
Every woman is unique. That’s why I take the time to listen to you and understand your story, your symptoms, your lifestyle, your stress levels, and your goals.
Objective : Get a comprehensive assessment of your health and identify the root causes of your hormonal imbalances and stress.

Frequency of follow-ups :
Generally, I recommend monthly follow-ups for the first 3 months, and then we gradually space them out based on your needs and progress.
The goal is for you to become self-reliant and to restore your hormonal and emotional balance in a sustainable way.
I am both a naturopath specializing in women’s health and a certified Psych-K® facilitator. This dual approach allows me to understand the deep connections between your emotions, stress, and hormonal symptoms. I address both aspects to achieve lasting results.
Unlike an approach that treats symptoms in isolation, I look at the big picture: your hormones, your stress levels, your diet, your digestion, your sleep, and your emotions. Everything is connected, and it’s by addressing all these factors that you can achieve lasting balance.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every woman is unique, and that’s what makes my support so effective: I create a customized program tailored to your situation, your constraints, and your goals.
No, naturopathy is never a substitute for medical treatment. It is designed to complement your medical care, helping you manage your hormonal imbalances more effectively, reduce your symptoms, and improve your overall health. I work in collaboration with your healthcare provider.
It depends on your situation and the severity of your imbalances. Some women notice an improvement within the first few weeks (particularly in terms of energy, stress, and digestion). For lasting hormonal changes, you should generally expect it to take 3 to 6 months.
I use a variety of complementary approaches : a diet that stabilizes blood sugar levels, adaptogenic herbs (Rhodiola, ashwagandha, etc.), magnesium and B vitamins, breathing techniques and cardiac coherence, adrenal gland support, and sleep optimization. And if needed, I can offer Psych-K® sessions to address deep-seated emotional blockages.
No! I never force you to make drastic changes. We move forward gradually, step by step, respecting your lifestyle. The idea is to find a balance that works for you and that you can maintain over the long term.
No, they aren't mandatory, but they can speed up and optimize results, especially in cases of nutrient deficiencies or chronic stress. I only recommend what you actually need—never unnecessary supplements.
Yes, absolutely. You don’t need a medical diagnosis to see a naturopath. If you have symptoms that interfere with your daily life (pain, stress, fatigue, irregular cycles, etc.), I can help you manage them and refer you to a doctor if necessary.
On average, I recommend an initial consultation followed by 2 to 3 monthly follow-up sessions to help solidify the changes. After that, we’ll gradually space out the sessions based on your needs. The goal is for you to become self-sufficient.
Consultations take place at my practice in Venelles, near Aix-en-Provence. I also offer video consultations for those who are unable to travel.
Do you have any other questions? Feel free to email me—I’d be happy to answer them.
